Whether it be by chance, or something fated to be by their gods, the lives of the two begin to intertwine. The disparities between them are abrasive at best, but when faced with the reality of the situation, their survival is reliant on learning how to trust one another.

Their story features an enemies to friends to lovers arc, assassination plots, ideas of self worth and deservance, magic, discovering the fluidity of gender, gays overthrowing the government, and complicated relationships with father figures. It also contains some heavy topics surrounding the mistreatment of children and mental health.

in the next few posts i’ll build up the characters and plot a bit more, as well as introducing the rest of their surrounding world. the posting schedule will most likely be very erratic because that ADHD grind stops for no man nor timeline, so i apologize in advance.

ive been slowly fleshing out these characters and their stories for some time now, but ive never taken it very seriously. after sharing it with some friends and receiving a ton of support (highly recommend checking out @orions-belt-buckle in particular, she’s pretty awesome) i decided that i want to try turning these errant thoughts and notebook doodles into something more substantial. this blog will mostly be my attempt at building the story and keeping everything organized, while also being able to share it with other people and get some feedback.
