“Oh, okay. Thanks!” He just...bites into it. Peel and all.

“...Is it a weapon?”

The lanky male looked around frantically, eventually spotting someone who appeared human. “Excuse me.... I appear to be lost, could you tell me where this is?” He spoke in a even, polite, tone of voice despite feeling a bit panicked. Serph was pretty good at hiding his emotions most of the time.

Leo had given Percy the address to his apartment during school that day, and was watching his phone anxiously while he waited for Perce to arrive. Leo always got nervous with his apartment. It was tiny. Two bedrooms. And smelled of onion basically at all time. His grandmother’s cooking had seeped into the upholstery. And unlike many grandmothers, she was not good at cooking. Also the furniture predated Leo, and the TV might as well have too. Consequently Leo spent most of his time on his laptop. A Christmas present three years ago and the thing still managed to chug along like a trooper. Leo was good at keeping gadgets living well beyond what they were actually worth. There was an extravagant Christmas tree in the corner of the room. Every thing about it screamed antique and expensive. The ornaments were ALSO older than Leo and many of them were handmade by Leo and his cousins. Leo kept his distance, lest one of the ornaments get broken. 

“Oh look. It’s my favorite son of Poseidon! I hope the winter is treating you well.”

I’ve no real interest in how it was started or anything, I was just answering a question is all. Truly, I’ve no real need to pry into what you two do in your free time.
