New start
So, I’m going to start this new thing where I’m going to be completely honest with myself. My goal is to lose 12 kg’s by the end of this summer. In total I have 67 days to get this done. My goal weight would be 55 kilograms. I did a little calculating and what i need to do to reach my goal weight in time is too lose 0,2 kilograms a day. Which I think is totally reachable ( at last I hope so )
Im going to start documenting what I eat everyday on this blog in hopes I don’t eat too much so I won’t have to document it.
Day 1
- I had 5 rice crackers today 2 of them with avocado and pork 2 of them with Nutella ( Im such a pig I know. )
- Then I had some cherry’s about 200 grams.
- For dinner I had a scrimp salad ( which I purged )
Hopefully tomorrow will go much better, Im going to Amsterdam tomorrow with some friends to take pictures so I won’t have to eat dinner at home my plan is to not eat at all tomorrow and Im hoping my friends won’t notice it... * fingers crossed*
Dinner 8/15:
8:30pm - pasta with tomato sauce (onion, garlic), tuna, capers & fresh parsley.
+ 2 homemade cookies for dessert.
