Wednesday morning breakfast - less rush today - so porridge with lots of banana and strawberries- splash of honey ( I make mine with water) and all popped in the microwave for two mins - and da— ddaaaaaaaa a pudding style breakfast to ease your sweet tooth!! 😍😍😍 Idea was from @emz_eats - she told me to add the fruit before I popped it in the microwave - and oh boy was she right! It’s also like a sticky crumble !! It’s lush - give it a go!! 40g porridge ( the best whole porridge you can afford - while porridge oats helps remove cholesterol and fats from your system - the whole oats - Grab the bad stuff on the way past, only good whole oats though ) 1 banana 2 strawberries Splash of honey - Mix with milk - soya milk or water.
