Ingredients: 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup snap peas. 2 green onions, chopped. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Add tofu cubes and toss to coat. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute. Add tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add bell pepper and snap peas, cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds, cook for 1 minute. Serve hot and enjoy!
