Having gone through psychological trauma more than once a month for all of your life is a weird position to be in bc the company I've been working for for a year might do reductions this year and while everyone else is rightfully freaking the fuck out I'm just sitting here like "ok this is what happens now I guess".

today i got an interview scheduled for the job i applied for earlier this week…. it’s a position within the company i already work for and due to my references and experience, there’s a very very good chance i will get it. i’ve been aiming for this position ever since i even got hired back in 2020. i’d be taking a pay cut, but it’s more flexible to my needs personally so i don’t even mind.
