HELLO LOVELY CHOCOLATE BUNNY. 🍫 (Apparently, my grandmas saw these in a magazine and then search the whole of Yorkshire for them and got the last two... Pretty cool.)
Is it ok to workout on Easter?
And what of masturbation?
As long as I don't do both at the same time I think I should be alright.
Home sweet home
So I just went for a 10min run/walk. I can't wait to get some proper running clothes to run in so I feel more comfortable. It's really hot here! Weird, feels like summer is creeping up already. And you know what that means... Need to loose weight, fast.
I'd love to be able to loose these 14lbs in 3 weeks. But I'm guessing this is a pretty unrealistic goal. What do you guys think?
Since I'm home now I can focus on loosing weight. I've got a running machine here which is great. I can go running where I live or drive to the lake etc and run there because I doubt I'd see anyone I would be embarrassed about seeing me run or whatever (i.e. Uni people)
Anyway here are some 'Easter goals'
Do not eat before 8pm. - Myeah I've heard this doesn't help weight loss.
Try to remove as many processed foods from your diet. - They're the most unhealthy, fattening foods.
Go running everyday, I don't care if it's for 5 mins or 60, just do it. - I seriously feel much better after I go for a run. The hardest bit is putting those running shoes on and making the first step.
Eat Breakfast.
Try and work out in the morning.
Be as active as you can at work, try to do overtime and skip lunch.
Weigh myself regularly. - Finally have scales since I'm at home :)
Right, that's all I can think of at the moment. Dinners ready but I'm not really hungry so I think i'm gonna find some videos to work out to now I have a matt etc :)
