I want to take a beginner's language course, EAS110Y1. But I'm reading on the calendar that all students who wish to enroll in a language course have to take an interview. This interview takes place on Sept 5, which is obviously after the course enrollment date. So when I register on ROSI next Monday, I can't register for EAS110 until I've passed the interview? What if the course fills up before I even take the interview?
I think this interview requirement must be new or only limited to certain language courses.
But I believe you might be able to sign up for the class and then youll get an email about the interview and if you get it, then the class stays otherwise they could just un-enrol you from class.Β
This is just my theory since I hadn't heard about this happening before. You could always call and ask your registrar about it
