Holy Oil Pulling! Wow I can go on for days about the importance of the coconut tree not just for our health and utility, but also for its quality to rejuvenate our home #EARTH! The people's of Polynesia and S.East Asia have a deep relationship with this tree that spans thousands of years and named it The Tree of Life for good reason! This isn't the last you're going to hear from me about #coconut🌴 Back to oil pulling, start by getting rid of chemical heavy hygiene products, then get some cold-pressed organic #coconutoil (if can, make it yourself!), then a tablespoon full is more than enough to swish around in your mouth for 10-20 min whatever you prefer. Coconut oil is anti microbial and your teeth, gums, and throat will absorb the oil, thus killing off bacteria that cause gingivitis, bad breath, and tooth decay. Be sure to spit outside and brush teeth after.
