Eraderdust thoughts? ,💀💀💀
Being honest? I don't ship it because to me Aizawa would be more of a uncle from the mom side of the family kahdbdkdjdnk. So it's kinda weird for me? I don't know. They are in different stages of life, they want different things, they need different things. They have so many personal problems...
I'd prefer to see them both with people closer to their ages, because they already have enough interesting dynamics on that range. You're free to ship adults in relationships as much as you want, but I kinda pass this time.
Now, the possibilities, because I don't lack ideas even if I don't ship it. 😌
First of all, imaging how surprised would be Aizawa after finding out Shigaraki has always admired him. The boy that doesn't believe in heroes admires him since he was a child. That's certainly something new, specially becuase Aizawa was an underground hero.
Aizawa and Tomura sparring and training together because Aizawa can control Shigaraki's quirk. Things get hot once or twice and Tomura doesn't comments on it, but Aizawa definitely feels he wants to. Aizawa just rolls his eyes and keeps going.
But the brat is growing on him. Tomura is quiet and clever, very analytical, patient. Aizawa finds himself falling in Tomura's trap more and more. Not just training, but Tomura's is also testing him. He's constantly pressing Aizawa towards his edges. Aizawa won't admit it out all, but he's enjoying their rivalry.
Once the kids of Class 1-A get used to having Tomura around, it is... Not chaotic? Tomura is working with them as part of his recovery program. He's actually teaching them a lot and he and Deku sometimes have some combos that sound more like they're talking on a whole other language. Aizawa pretends to sleep but he's observing Tomura, just in case.
And then comes the tenderness of Aizawa helping Tomura, helping him to heal, getting him out of his grievance, his pain, soothing him because Tomura finds comfort in him. They are both very gentle and have golden hearts. They might have different points of view, but their thinking process is similar.
You can bet Shigaraki worship him without getting him too high. And Aizawa praises him but criticizes him just as much. Nice balance, I must say. The good and the bad in one coin.
Now, I give it a 4/10. I'd prefer to see Shigaraki as another kid Aizawa adopts, or as an honorary older sister to Eri. Besides, there are some spoilers that already implicate the type of platonic relationship these two could have. And it is related to Kurogiri. You know.
