I’ve loved elf for a long time. They’re a good alternative for makeup lovers on a budget. On cyber Monday I decided to shop on elf as they were running a sale. My original purchase date was 11/30/15. Now I knew I probably wouldn’t see it until mid or even late December due to it being a cyber Monday sale and one could only imagine how many orders they got. However it is currently 1-13-16. And no package! they never updated my tracking info and when I contacted them they were blatantly rude and also lied to me and told me they reshipped my package (note I was told this on 12-30-15) and in their latest email they told me they apologized for the “confusion” and that my package had been “lost” a second time. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service they have displayed. Will I ever get my stuff? Stay tuned.

So here is a quick summary of why they hold a place in my heart. There is the 15 Members that make up the family, and then there is one last family member... E.L.F. We might argue amongst ourselves but what family doesn't have it's moments. I'm proud to be a part of this fandom, and just as the name E.L.F suggests, I'm in it for life.
