For example, the one year there was a food fight in the driveway with every cuss word you can think of being flung around, just like the food.....ahhh, the memories!!

Good morning ☀️ Most of us come from dysfunctional families. Me included. My parents divorced when I was 11 and I was relieved because they hated each other. After that my dad had custody of my brother and I every weekend but he only wanted to take my brother.. which of course contributed to me becoming a rebellious teenager. Fast forward to adulthood.. I would often go 3-4 years without hearing from him. I didn’t even have his phone number in my 20s. Lol I asked him about it once.. I said, “you know I don’t have your phone number? If something happens to me I can’t even tell someone to call you.” And he said. “That’s ok I have yours” and hung up on me.. ah... my dad.. after years of therapy and going into stand up comedy to make fun of a sad situation (which really helps) he still manages to offend me every time we speak.. why am I telling you this? When I check Instagram 90% of it is people showing off their lavish lifestyles and fairy tale relationships. I just wanted to be real and honest and let you know I struggle too. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe a few of you took the time to read this.
