Hey, Myshuno! The high school years patch broke cc beds and I have a cc bed that’s Gigi’s Futon. Importing new slots and rigs makes the bed work but also makes the sim float in the air when they lay on the futon. How would someone fix this? Thank you and I appreciate your help :))
Hey there!
The rig and slot resources that you replace by following the bed fix tutorial also replace any custom settings in these resources with Maxis defaults.
My assumption is that your custom bed's mesh has a different height compared to the default The Sims 4 bed height. This means that after replacing the rig and slot as said in the tutorial, you'd also need to make additional adjustments.
Sims 4 Studio has a slot editor that lets you edit an object's rig and slot. I would suggest following this tutorial to adjust the height of the newly replaced rig. You could use the original custom bed package as a reference if you can find the pre-update version of that file!
