THE MATE. that shit is so good. i got mine from trader joes (i dunno if you have it where you live?) bUT ITS SUPER GOOD. its pretty good cold too. i usually get it when i go to coffee stands. I LOVE TEA. give me more recommendations for tea!!
IT REALLY IS SO EFFING GOOD, GUH. It gets me going for the day! And I drink it cold sometimes too actually! Though that's mainly because I make pots at a time so by the time I go for round two or three, it's cooler. XD! Still, it's delicious any which way, I LOVE MATE SO MUCH dfkjhgkk GUHAnd yes, we have Trader Joe's in NYC!! I love TJ, omg, have you ever tried their pumpkin ravioli? It's literally my favorite thing, with the tiniest bit of butter and cinnamon, guhhhhhhhhh it's like a dessert and a meal all in one, i cry thinking about the beauty of pumpkin ravioliiiiiiii BUT OKAY, TEA RECS:
Ayurvedic blends - AMAZING for your health, and there are many different kinds which target different necessities/concerns/etc. These are my two favorites (going by taste, as well as effect)
Tulsi blends - Tulsi has a lot of spiritual significance in India and Ayurvedic teachings, and for good reason! It's another one that does wonders for health and mood. (Most teas I drink do because I find all the different properties of tea fascinating; I'm a weirdo kjfhgk). This is my favorite Tulsi blend (out of the ones I've tried, which is only a few so far)
Black Tea; this particular blend: {x} I should note that I've only ever used it for making my own mixed drink invention (like a Long Island Iced Tea, but with actual iced tea and it tastes so much better omg). But, still, this tea is REALLY yummy with some brown sugar. I generally don't take sugar with tea, which is why I made the point of noting it with this one because it's the only way I've had it; but it's really delicious that way. (:
I could go on, omg, but what I'll do tomorrow is link all the teas I currently have in the kitchen so you can check 'em all out and see.
I'm also trying to learn how to properly brew lavender so that it isn't too strong - because the first (and only, so far) time I tried brewing it, it was SO INTENSE and I had to dump everything out. I couldn't even get the taste out of my mouth for like a day kdjhgfk
