I am trying to make a fancy Chinatown in my Sims city, but I have no idea to creat the 3d models.

All I need is adding my own shop signs on the light boxes, or some 3d characters with lights on.

Just like these existed mods, but I want to creat some new.

Can you please help me?

Unfortunately, I have retired from the Sims community. You can ask Londonsimblr. He might be able to help. He has created and shared some Taiwanese building components CC.

Tamsui Night Market by Pi The Infinite Compilation of Japanese CC by various CC creators, compiled by WanderingSimsFinds. The building parts are Japanese, but you can change the texture on s3pe or TSRW.
