The Eleventh Doctor receives a message from an old Time Lord friend. The message brings him, Rory Williams and Amy Pond to another universe where they meet an alien who eats TARDISes.
This is one of the stories I like from this series. I actually really enjoy this one. I like the idea of the Tardis being a real human for a bit. I like House as a villain, and the entire bit with House, Amy and Rory in the Tardis is so cool, and I really like watching.
And to be honest, I like any idea that has Oods.

I adore Amy, when I was younger and first watched her she became my favourite which lead to a massive crush on Karen Gillan too. I liked that her character fancied the Doctor but ultimately chose Rory, it was a sweet little story and I really loved it. I also love the River Song part of her story. I struggle watching her last story it's so sad and hurts my soul.
Amy Pond and Rory Williams are trapped on a crashing space liner, and the only way the Eleventh Doctor can rescue them is to save the soul of a lonely old miser. But is Kazran Sardick, the richest man in Sardicktown, beyond redemption? And what is lurking in the fogs of Christmas Eve? Source
I usually skip this one, like I do most of the Christmas specials, and I remember this one upsetting me when I first watched it (teenage me and emotions didn't blend well) so I was pleasantly surprised when I rewatched it for this review when I enjoyed it so much. Yes it made me sad, but in a sweet sorrow type of way.
I really enjoyed the story, it's sweet, and I definitely won't skip it next time.

Something is wrong, in the fullest sense of the word. At first glance, the world seems fine, but upon closer inspection, dinosaurs, Romans, and other things throughout time have appeared. Oddly, nobody seems to be bothered by it, like it was part of everyday life.
Another oddity has occurred. Despite the sun rising and setting like normal, the time is always the same. Only the Doctor has the answer, and boy oh boy, it's gonna be a whopper! Source
I like this story well enough, it's not my favourite but I like that it concludes the River killing the Doctor story. I like the whole episode to be honest, it's just not one of my favourites. I do like seeing all the different things from history all together, it's really fun to watch.
