Feast your eyes on one of the last Peterbilt 337’s ever made. Peterbilt removed the 337 from their lineup. They went with a Freightliner style chassis...stamped steel cab. We are so thankful the #HippensteelAuto team chose #DetroitWrecker and the #DWDevastator for their dream truck build. When the customer brought us this chassis were were amazed. This Peterbilt chassis has the bigger motor and trans plus the extra space in the cab to lean the seat back. We personally have not seen the “Ext Cab” version so it was quite the surprise. The Devastator build was just as impressive for so many reasons. Our personal favorite detail is the 9° load angle on a medium duty truck w/ 22.5” rims. The dumping angle was just as impressive. Let’s not forget the deck height of 38”…WOW!! The fact the owner said his drive home was the smoothest ride he’s ever had our of a Rollback meant the world 🌎 to us. We say it all the time.
