How I feel about this character:

{Very strongly I love him so muuuuch.  I mean, obviously, he’s one of my muses, which was quite by accident for the record.  I have so many emotions, his loyalty, his bravery, how unwaveringly steadfast he is.  I imagine it’s really hard to be Thorin Oakenshield’s right hand — probably spends a lot of time just not strangling that ornery prince.  Thorin will always be a prince, deep down in his mind.}

All the people I ship romantically with this character:

{Dís, Thorin, Fíli at one point.  The line of Durin, apparently.  He has a problem.  There are others that I would consider.}

My non-romantic OTP for this character:

My unpopular opinion about this character:

{Uhh, you know, I really dislike the Dwalin/Ori ship.  I just—  I just can’t  see it, and I get that Dwalin’s, you know, a bit protective, keeps an eye out for him, but I think that’s just who he is.  I think having grown up a soldier or a guard, and watching so much death and destruction of the people he loves — I mean let’s look at the line, for one — that he’d not be willing to watch harm to come to any of his comrades.  I mean, of course, one of my ships is a character we never even see in canon, but—  I just think it suits him much better.}

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:

{Well, tbqh, I wish we got to see more of their respective pasts.  Wish we got to see Dwalin and Balin and Thorin and Frerin and Dís all grow up in flashes and segments.  Obviously, I know it’s not possible, the movie would be entirely too long and I’m sure most folks don’t care, but this is my wish sdjfksdf}

Opinion on;

Character in general: I’ll take this one for Nori, because we didn’t RP much with Bain ;) I liked him in the movies, but I must admit I was distracted by Kili. However, you made me pay attention to him, and for that, I am truly grateful, because he is indeed a fun character! :PHow they play them: Oh, I love it, you know that! (Legolas doesn’t, but who cares). I love how Nori can be insulting and gruff, but he doesn’t become one-dimensional! The bantering is hilarious!The Mun: Oh I love you! I wish we talked more, but our timezones are so irritating! But wait, I almost forgot! *sends loads of tissues* How was the finale? :P
