Pics from the replanting! Moved the AR mini to the back so I could bring my red lotus bulbs up front where I can see them. They're such a gorgeous red!
I also installed the Beamswork light alongside the desk lamp to distribute lighting more evenly... the desk lamp grows the AR, sword and lotus really well but it wasn't really reaching the anubias on the far right and the dwarf sag needed some supplemented light, too. This tank is my favorite and it looks so good! Can't wait for the lotus to get big and gorgeous!

Planted tank newbie woes... not sure what I’m doing wrong here but I’ve got some pretty sad sag. It keeps sending out runners but they all look melty and pathetic! I wonder if it needs some root tabs? Here I thought dwarf sagittaria was supposed to be an easy plant...
The pygmy chain sword and its babies seem to be doing a little better, though I’m worried at how yellowed the new runners seem. I’m not dosing any phosphate so maybe that’s the issue? Gotta pick up a phosphate test kit... also gotta pick up some extra potassium, because I reordered more hygro and they’re supposed to be enormous potassium hogs. Wheeee plants...

Shrimp tank update! Not too much has changed except the plants have grown. I have added shrimp to the betta tank AND they are pregnant. The lower left pictures is the lucky lady coyly hiding them from the camera.
