I should be at dinner right now... I wonder if anybodyâs noticed? Master Skywalkerâs modest Jedi Academy was abuzz, with older students leading the younger to the Dining Hall. Instead of walking along with her classmates, nine-year old Amanda laid across the roof of her dorm with her boots dangling below.
She rested an arm against her eyes to shield out the setting sun, and quietly groaned. According to her parents, sheâd been brought here to master some âpowerâ... little did they know, it only got worse since she arrived just a few short days ago! Just being around these people was giving her headaches, far more often than she ever had back home.
Going to the Dining Hall now? Sheâd have the mother of all migraines, again! âIf this is what the magical âForceâ is supposed to be, take it back!â Amanda miserably called out to the sky, âI donât want it!â She already knew it wouldnât be so easy... and her grumbling stomach quickly pulled her back to the roof. Amanda glared, debating on poking her own belly. â... oh, quiet down,â she sighed, curling up into a ball, âIâll just drop by the Dining Hall after everyoneâs done...â
