Probably “dad”. lol. Kacchan is Daddy and I’ve already said in the fic that Izuku probably wouldn’t feel right being called mom since he has such deeply ingrained gender roles. He still sees himself traditionally as male. His secondary gender as an omega was very suddenly been thrust upon him so he’s not used to it yet. He’s even less prepared to handle the idea of ‘motherhood’ as applied to himself.
