Things to do instead of reading DVFOS
A short listicle
Comics suck. Especially MSPFAs. They're totally boring and DVFOS is no exception. If I wanted to see a bunch of pictures with captions, GUESS WHAT? There's an app for that and a lot of other things. It's called X the Everything App, and you can use it to look at infinite handcrafted Xeets like:
Absolutely thrilling. This screenshot alone has supplied more entertainment value to me than most MSPFAs (including mine) COMBINED.
The point is, there are things to do besides reading my comic. I've assembled a short list of delightful activities with which I'm absolutely sure you'll find far more enjoyement, personal fulfillment, and long-term value in than reading DVFOS.
1) Read books
There's this website. It's called Library Genesis. You can download as many books as you want from there for the low price of FREE!
If you want to read a book, just imagine you're reading an MSPFA without the pictures. Pictures are for a bunch of babies anyways. Why look at pictures when you can imagine them?
Even better, with nothing but a pencil and paper you can make your own images by practicing the ancient art of drawing. Or you could use your favorite AI assistant and ask it to generate an image based on a text description. Either way, it's a load lifted off my back!
2) Go to the nearest forest and sit on a log
A log is like a tree, but sideways. They're perfectly sized to sit on, which implies that is their intended use case.
Fun fact: Did you know they cut these down so you could sit on them? That's awesome.
3) Buy an Ice Trixie
What is an ice trixie? Why, this of course:
4) Watch the Pomni Movie
With all text comes "metatext", a concept popularized by Deltarune and The Book Of Mormon. DVFOS's metatext is, of course, Pomni.
Guess who got her own movie recently? That's right, Pomni.
5) Make a fursona
[Pictured: Humans. The original fursona i guess]
There is no truer form of self-expression than making a little creature in your image. Even God did this with humans, apparently.
Heres how to make a fursona:
Would you like the idea of having a coat of fur all over your body? If no, do a reptile/amphibian/pokemon or something
How big do you want your paws to be?
Do you want to be easy or hard to draw?
Naked or clothed?
6) Doomscroll Tik Tok
Type shit
7) BuzzFeed Princess Quiz
BuzzFeed publishes a new version of this quiz every year, even during the long droughts between Disney Princess movies. Why? Two reasons.
First, they obviously want you to take them. It should be known that Disney Princesses roughly equate to real life royalty. It's the reason when people refer to fictional princesses, they almost exclusively refer to those befitting the Disney brand, and not like, Future Sailor Moon. Knowing what princess you are is vital info, and that brings me to the second point:
BuzzFeed is the nonpareil gold standard in princess diagnoses, like IDRLabs with dark quadrant political compasses or what have you. Each new princess quiz is a yearly revision based on careful statistical analyses and involved princess research that accounts for both half of BuzzFeed's budget, and their yearly revenue. There is no source besides them you should look towards to figure out your princess.
I rest my case.
8) Screenshot 4 tweets and make a conspiracy theory about them
Sometimes you just need to become a part of something bigger than yourself. Everyone understands this, but few are familiar with an obscure strategy to achieve this:
Making something bigger than yourself.
Here's what you do. Go on X the everything app and search for something vaguely polarizing. Screenshot 4 tweets, each two expressing opposing opinions about the subject. Then, come up with a reason they're actually the same, and figure out who's behind all this strife!
This is a really productive and enriching mental exercise that I highly recommend.
9) Wikipedia your hometown
Or someplace near it. I live about an hour away from where someone got killed by a horse in a way that granted their town eternal infamy. Wikipedia is awesome!
Conclusion
In conclusion, you should give me $500.
