This is important for us because this is meant to bridge a tiny gap: We personally don't like SimplyPlural, not against it at all btw - just it's confusing for us. We use discord and PK a lot, but wanted a desktop function for our system to just COMMUNICATE.

So hard to do that sometime when your anxiety is at 100% and your partners are looking at you like "You're typing a mile a minute babe you ok?".

The development vibe is: No restrictions, it's open source software. My personal ideations, anything I beleive in as an individual or system doesn't prevent you FROM using this app. If that gets me hate I don't care. Why? Because it's not on me as a developer to prevent X Y Z from using my app.

Right now it's SUPER IN DEVELOPMENT, it works - but it's buggy and there is NOT a single EXE file for windows users. But when we're up and running a bit better there will be installers for those who need them.

Also, there is no hiding anything with this, if you don't like any component of who's developed this that's on you. I'm not invalidating your needs or attempting to offend you. You can feel how you want, you can see everything is MIT liscenced, there's a notice MD and we've used fairly standard themes.

We have a roadmap for future content.

Yes, indeed I have and still do work in AI and do things in AI, but this is not an AI focused app. (I did use an LLM to help me develop it because of stamina and learning curves with Tkinter and Python.)

I state this as my other major app i've been working on is for AI-metadata in images, and there's like 200+ immature PYQT6 themes we made at 3 am one night - but go figure!

This app is 99% offline, the only ONLINE component is if you CHOOSE to sync with pluralkit. You have the OPTION of hand entering in images and members!

Anyways PLEASE test this application out!

This is our dev roadmap:

A small smattering of Erik/Magneto Icons. Both in 512 and 100x100 format. Again: We're a cap/resource blog we can't really yell what you can and can't do with these. the 512 size is just because we use Birme.net for easy cropping. (We hand screenshot caps that had text/awkward positions, the caps area already listed in our blog!)

We've gotten into EMOJI creation for discord, and we've done a little on twitch so if you're looking for some NON VERBAL or just starter emoji for twitch - there's our Emoji GG profile.

We did the non verbal emoji for our MULTIVERSE plural server, but I've started releasing them free on Emoji GG because no self esteem and nobody ever buys crap from us because we hate advertising because "PEOPLE HATE ADVERTISING" ...

Full Disclosure, while these are of Beetlejuice, they could be considered "AU" versions of him. We ourselves are a DID system, and did this for our family (best friend system) who has a Beetlejuice Fictive in their system.

However in the fact that it just had it's LAST show in New York on Jan 8th... we wanted to share our art again.

KAI ROWE (X'VOOR)

Medium: Second Life, Faceapp, Meitu & Dreamlike Diffusion

Kai is a SPLIT from an existing entity in DUSKFALL PORTAL CREW.

As you may have already read about many of us being former souls, Kai is split from Rio'ordan after a moment of realizing he deserved to exist as his own persona.

Kai shares a lot of his past with things in the system, and is born of frustration, fear and the anxiety Rio faced when he was under the name of "KRISTOFF" (not to be confused with Rio's brother Kristoff Makani Hanlon).

Self exploration and healing will be Duskfall's 2023, and Kai is one of those alters that is just going to SOAR the heavens for it.

This was faceapp'ed from a MEITU attempt, which Meitu is a chinese app that does ANIME styled AI Generative portraits. (The free ones, not the free once and pay later) The MEITU attempt came from a FACEAPP of a Second Life portrait

This was LIKELY the faceapp that was used to create the Meitu, we're pretty sure LOL. The Face app was actually done from an EDIT we'd done of a second Life portrait we'd made.

Ok that's the ART edit with the face app, we're still hunting for the piss poor lighting edit we did LOL. At this stage we can't find the piss poor lighting edit, but we can find the actual snapshot we'd made at the time of creating this outfit look.

And i say this in terms of the fact that I work in AI freelancing, i'm unable to find work normally because most of the jobs people think i'd be able to do - are AI replaceable or require A MASTERS DEGREE LOL. In my field i got the wrong focus on purpose knowing i wasn't going to graduate and get a full time job.

I graduated with a roughly B/B+ average from the local design school here...

And boy am i seeing companies rip designer's work way more than artists work. Artists are harder to replace when you're all distinct and you're not homogenous like design can be.

Art in terms of drawing tradition and digital is HUMAN nature, it's HARD to produce 1-1 even with Flux, even with PonyXL - it's hard to do a 1-1, it's HARD as hell to even get it to flipping do HANDS or eyes that aren't fubarred. Innately the only thing i gotta whine back at you artists is:

STOP assuming shit is made by AI lol - the only way you're going to tell is two things:

SD 1.5 = Bad hands, bad feet SDXL/Pony: Duplication in terms of patterns, oversharp and especially in pony the way it handles Japanese characters. Flux: overtraining usually produces weird proportional issues with like arms and shit... >_< i'd know i put my own art AGAIN through the trainer this time and watched it smoosh an arm or two.

There. Now you have your toolbox. NOW you can complain what's AI and whats not <3 NOW you know more about what's AI.

*shrug* But you're welcome to eat the rich over at SAI for like hoarding nearly open source content only for billionaires and literally for every DMCA complaint they've done illegally over hoarding what artists feel is "STOLEN" (i ain't going into that one <3 ) -- and what AI people think is just "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SELLING FREE AND OPEN SOURCE"
