i wish businesses would understand that your employees are a lot more likely to be confident in their abilities when they are allowed to look how they want to.. i know i'm 100x better with customer service when i feel comfortable in my skin. when im at my job where i have to wear "business casual" i feel timid and awkward a lot more often, because i dont feel confident when i feel like im wearing a costume..
