           A  gentle  smile  settled  upon  her lips.  Soft  and  polite  as  she  stare  at  the  woman  that  talked  to  her  with  such  GRACE  and  knowledge  on  her  eyes.  Elegant  she  looked  as  she  sat  in  front  of  her.  She  reminded  her  of  her  father,  always  so  kind  and  just,  and  her  mother,  always  so  regal  and  graceful.

The prince looks over to the CLASSY dressed woman with a sweet looking smile on his face, ❛ Sorry for being outright rude for staring m'lady but I BELIEVED you dropped something of yours. I figured you WOULDN'T want to lose something valuable as that. ❜

nick smiles down at the short letter for a good moment, reading it over a few times, eyes bright and sparkling a bit at the promise of fun, and seeing the kids and duchess again. he thanks edgar, and sits down immediately to write, knowing the the footman would wait patiently for him to finish so that the returning note could be taken back to duchess. nick takes out the stationary his mother sent to him, and began the note in the way he often does. 

          dearest duchess ,

i hope the same to you . i always enjoy receiving notes from you ; i always smile when i see the envelope . i just thought you should know that .

as for the fun day you have planned , i would be more than honored to join you . you know i look forward to nothing more than spending time with you and your kids . i’ll get ready now , and meet you at your place in an hour .
