I had to rearrange training for the week, which meant skipping a rest day, and plowing through 4 straight days of beautiful training. . Body and mind were not having it this morning and I procrastinated for about an hour before actually leaving the house. Considered taking today as a rest day and making up the work somewhere else. . After 30 mins of awesome doggo snuggles, I manned up and got my ass out of bed. Even though I was 30 mins behind schedule, I was able to get all of my work done. . Going to the gym was the right call. And Iām glad I made it in. . . . Deads or die: ā warm-up hi bar squats ā misread programming and did 3x3 instead of work up to 3.
