Carrying Qian Gu in his arms, Bai Zi Hua stepped into the courtyard of her childhood home. He looked at her, hoping to see a response, but her body was motionless, just like the days before. He took a deep breath and continued walking forward.

His eyes scanned the surroundings, and memories suddenly rushed through his mind, memories of Mo Bing and Hua Qian Gu. He closed his eyes, letting himself relive the past. Cleaning up and fixing her home, tasting her peach blossom soup for the first time, teaching her how to use a sword, although those moments were simple and brief, he wished he could return to them and let them last forever. But destiny always plays with people, and it seemed that these memories would just remain as images only in his mind.
