My only problem with the movie was just how excessive and drawn out Zara's death was. I mean I completely get the fact that both good and bad people have to die, I just didn't think she deserved the death she got. I didn't have any emotional attachment to her or anything but it just felt too excessive.

Iām still confused about this too. Part of me wonders if heās blaming Fitz because he ālet herā go in there alone. Either way it hurts my heart. And also in both situations he is definitely blaming himself.
yeah, i definitely think it would be within reason to expect ward to blame fitz--but also fitz is one ofĀ his, and he needs to protect fitz just as much as he does skye and jemma. there's a bit of a hierarchy, i think, and ward is willing to blame up, but not blame down
