Ohhhh, okay. I think what is being implied here is about the show recently referred to as the worst he ever did. He said that in one of the shows they did in South Africa, he was drinking on stage (something he didn't normally do in 1D) and he doesn't remember anything except that he threw up all over himself the minute he left the stage.
So I think he was referring to the first show in Johannesburg and this picture is from the next day when he was probably suffering the worst hangover of his life. Here are the dates:
call me lame, but i never saw the appeal of getting drunk and dealing with hangovers the next day. i hate getting headaches on normal days, why would i want to induce one. louis does look so miserable in those photos, why would you do that to yourself! especially when you're on a world tour.
