28. What do you want to achieve in the next year?I want to get my documents back from the researchers I used to work with, but outside of that? I’m not too sure. I haven’t given it a ton of thought. I guess for now, I don’t wanna think about it.I realized I can relax myself a bit, which I haven’t given myself the chance to do this past year, so I wanna take as much time as I can to do that.

It was a playful nudge, but through the clumsiness of his false leg, he tripped into the water beside them. It may have been about his height, of course, but it was enough to send Bandit into a flailing panic. He hadn’t told her before that he couldn’t swim, but... this was rather bad. His metal was pulling him down, it was obvious, and he desperately tried to keep his head above the water.

Perhaps Luigi would accidentally kill him twice, he thought as he plummeted towards the water of the pool. Of course it had to be the deep end. When he landed, his prosthetics began to pull him down immediately, and all he could do was fight against the weight of the metal in a breathless panic, hoping for someone to realize he wasn’t able to swim before the water got to his lungs.

Was it an accident? Who knew, honestly. The bump was enough to knock him into the... admittedly small river, but it still started pulling him downstream, and he tried to stay afloat by uselessly slapping at the water and holding his breath.

Bandit should have expected it, honestly. Standing by water, what was he thinking? The shove was sudden, but, the fall was over quicker. All he could do was let out a curse, before he had to try and stay afloat. “Fuck you!”
