Wearing sunscreen even when it’s not bright and sunny is essential during the summer months, especially when you travel to warmer parts of the world.

Get out of the sun – the first step is to remove yourself from the sun and find somewhere to cool down. Drink plenty of water to reduce your temperature and try taking a cool shower or bath.
