EXCELLENT eye shadow color!! and afa lip color, i'd encourage you to be brave with richer colors! your coloring (and your brows) definitely supports it. general rule is that the more basic/toned-down your eye makeup, the bolder you can go with the lip. the bolder the eye makeup, the more neutral the lip should be. PLUS, you have a fantastic lip shape to start with.
aww, thanks. i was brave today and wore the brink lippie stix, but i am baffled by how much darker it is on me vs. how it looks on the website. it’s much less pink, much more brownish-red, than advertised. i like it, but was definitely imagining a different color when i ordered it.

re. piper's hair: have you seen the picture/animation the pip boy has for her perk? at some point it looks like it was decided piper was to have short hair ... the long hair feels like a last minute design change. (but that's just me--i would love to see that version of piper though)
huh, that might explain the weird choice of putting piper in a default/iconic outfit with a high collar while also giving her a long hairstyle that comes down to her shoulders.
normally you’d try and design away from that combo so an iconic outfit has as little hair/clothes clipping as possible. long hair, low collar. high collar, short hair. every other equippable outfit doesn’t matter, shit is gonna clip and intersect constantly, but as a rule of thumb first impression/iconic outfits are generally kept visually organised and ‘clean’.
