This is the closest Main line star wars will EVER get to touching on the fact that droids are sentient. John favrau and Dave filoni were just playing with dolls in this movie but they have no clue about the lore implications these dolls have.

I dont have clips but these droids are not a mindless hive, They talk to eachother! They have their own language that doesnt sound like the usual beeps and boops that binary sounds like, THEY have a command structure, and they were HIRED, they do work!
