I just wanted to acknowledge a family that has literally taught me what it means to be successful, what it means to be humble, and what it means to give my all and more. I am so thankful to have these people in my life. They have always encouraged me and guided my own family from the very beginning of my OC career, and have taught me so much. Of course, their 4 college kids all went to the schools I got denied to (harvard (x2), stanford, and columbia) a little bitter, but more sad I don’t get to hang out with/bother them regularly) but they’ve always pushed me to pave a new path. I’m so glad to have them as a second family: a second set of parents, an older sister, 3 older brothers, and a younger (but basically a bigger) brother.
