//Chili Ms Rita// My favorite cocktail tonight. Chili infused margarita, not ur usual margarita. Just love how the mixologist spice it up with jalapeΓ±o. I just love it! Flavour is well balance & just perfect. Although I prefer it served in a wide glass (martini glass), the mixologist pointed out that with a wide glass such as martini glass, you won't get that "first nose" (benefit of proper aroma) of the drink & also serving in a smaller nose glass will minimise exposure to air and thus slows down the oxidation of the drink.
