If a creature attempts to use an item, cast a spell, or use an archery attack while engaged by an enemy, they must make a concentration check to attempt the action.
Drink potion - DC 10 concentration skill
Damaged while using skill - DC 15 concentration
Fire arrow - DC 15 concentration skill
Cast spell - DC 20 concentration skill
If the concentration check fails, the item/spell/attack/skill fails, and any mana or stamina used is wasted.
