Had been itching to draw @animatedaf‘s Drill Bot ViVi for yoinks now - but somehow, all I could think of to draw was her trying to handle Tennis Balls. Not so easy for those with Drill Hands...
Still, hope I’ve done her justice here! 😂

The 70s saw the weirdness ramp up for Godzilla films quite a bit, nowhere moreso than in his enemy monsters. You had Hedorah, a living blob of pollution slime and toxic muck. You had Megalon, a giant beetle...thing, with drill hands (yes, DRILL hands). You even had a Mechagodzilla. But perhaps none of them QUITE topped the weirdness of Gigan, a cybernetic space monster, with a metal beak, robotic cyclops eye, HOOK hands (and feet), and a goddamn BUZZSAW blade in his belly. Gigan, my friend, I think you take the cake! http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/2021/05/godzilla-chronicles-godzilla-vs-gigan.html
