CINEMA SB250

In this blog I will be discussing abt the JBL CINEMA SB250. This is different from the ones that I have reviewed because unlike those, this is not portable and also this is mainly used for the TV. I got the item from LAZADA and it was ₱8,799.00. The price is cheap for the item because as I have researched before it was priced at around $300 which was approximately ₱15,000 or so. The reason for the very affordable price was because it was on-sale. The item was sold by LAZADA which automatically made me feel comfortable in buying it because it was a reliable seller and it was a labeled as an original product so I bought the item. It took around 4 days for it to be delivered and there was little technical problems with the tracking but it was did not really affect that much. As I got the item, I set it up right away and it was mainly composed two separate parts, first was the bluetooth soundbar and the wireless subwoofer. The main concept of the product was wireless connections however when it is connected to the television, it uses optical connection which was special type of connection and it was not that common. The speakers also had the option of bluetooth for devices that were capable of it. I experienced some issues with it such as the subwoofer was turning off on its own from time to time and it also was producing an unusual sound which was somehow similar to a popping sound. I complained about this and I even submitted a video of the issue. I returned the item to LAZADA which was actually very easy however, recently they contacted me and said that the item was working fine. As I am writing this, the item is actually on its way back to me since it was evaluated as it was functioning properly. In terms of recommendation, I would recommend this product but I think it would be better to buy this from stores not online so that it would be possible to test it because I also some reviews on it about the popping sound issue so I’m assuming that it was common. One of the lessons to learn about this is that there are risks in buying online sometimes unfortunate events happen lol.

TRIPPPP

This is the JBL Trip, another portable Bluetooth speaker by JBL. This speaker is quite different from the Xtreme which is an enormous and powerful speaker. The Trip is a small speaker compared to the Xtreme. This one can fit in a palm of an average person. This is specially made for cars which is one of the purpose of the removal metal clip. The metal clip is attached to speaker magnetically and is sturdy. It is usually placed on the sun visor on the driver’s side. The metal clip is powerful enough to support the weight of the speaker and it holds on tight to the visor. As I have said earlier, it is made for cars and mainly for the driver. Once it is connected to your smartphone, it allows you to answer calls through the button on the speaker with a phone symbol which is also used to either pause/play, access virtual assistance such as “Siri” through the button with a microphone symbol and adjust the volume through the + and – buttons. It also includes the off/on button and Bluetooth button but the others are different. The buttons on top can be pressed lightly which is convenient for a driver unlike the other buttons which are not usually accessed while in motion. The speaker is NOT only for cars, it can also be used as your own personal speaker. The size of it fits most bags and it is powerful enough for purposes like listening to music or other similar situations. Obviously, it is not as powerful as the Xtreme but still the loudness of this speaker is impressive for its size. I bought this in Lazada for Php 1,849.00. The item was on sale when I got it and the original price was Php 4,995.00. Overall, the price is very cheap for the item and the quality is good.

Chelsea Bootssss

This is the ASOS Chelsea Boots in Burgundy which is a type of leather boots made by the company ASOS. ASOS is an online company that sells clothes, shoes and the like. This company is based in the United Kingdom and their headquarters is at London. ASOS is mostly know to be expensive and sophisticated even if it mainly caters young adults however these Chelsea Boots were not. Chelsea Boots of good quality here in the Philippines would usually be priced from Php 4,000.00 to Php 6,000.00 but I was able to find one online for a cheaper price. When I saw the pair, I was surprised that it was that cheap because knowing the company and the type of shoes which was not usually priced like how it was. The price of the boots was at 25 GBP which was around Php 1,500.00 pesos when converted to the Philippine currency. I immediately decided to buy this because first of all it had a good price and I trust that ASOS products have great quality. I received the pair after 3 weeks which was very reasonable because it came from London, UK. The boots looked very nice and the color was very classy. Their sizing was pretty accurate which is an important factor for online stores. Overall, I would really recommend this item because as I have said the price is affordable and the quality of the shoes is great. I have been using the boots for more or less one month and it is still in very good condition well of course proper care should be done.

 I was just a bit disappointed with that specific transaction because for some reason I was not really able to track the item unlike the first time that I have made a transaction with ASOS. I could not confirm what caused that technical problem but I think they should improve more on that because it makes their customer doubt their service and worry about the item that they have purchased.
