"Alright, little bear, stay here. I'll be right back."

Flug walked to his back entrance and found the suplies and a note from Black Hat. He sighed and walked back inside, putting away the food before reading the note.

"Doctor,

GET THAT SHRINK RAY DONE OR YOU'LL BE ON YOUR OWN!!! We also need more teleport bracelets and somthing new for our expo next week. Iron your suit. You're the guest of honor."

Flug flinched at the beginning of the note, hearing the harsh tone even when the other wasn't there to deliver it. He sighed softly.

"Another expo? That's two in three months. Something is up......."

This, and many other occasions, made him wish he had a radio or tv, something to connect him to the outside world. But Black Hat had told him no, he had to be completely cut off, otherwise someone might find him.

"The least he could do was give me a generator. These batteries run out faster than lightning." He gathered all the dead batteries into a bag and tossed them outside on the concrete before starting a fire in the fireplace. He pulled the small bear over and held him close, gently feeding him warm milk.

"I wish there wasn't an expo. They're always so long and unbearable...."

505 looked up at him, head tilted. His tiny paws latched onto the doctor's hand as he mad what sounded like a comforting sound. The other smiled and hugged him close.

"I guess it won't be so bad with you there......" He quickly ate something and pulled out his suit, starting to iron it, the little bear perched on his shoulder. Personally, the doctor hated suits. He felt they were stuffy and too tight, limiting movement and constricting. However, he never wanted to find out what Black Hat would do to him if he didn't obey his wishes. Even as his "best asset", he was not immune to his wrath, and didn't want to see the affect be unleashed on him.
