The problem:Â
I start this journal because I spend too much money on shopping for clothes. I buy too much, spend too much, but despite my good intentions, my closet is full of useless, cheap garments which I donât end up wearing.Â
The goal:
My ultimate goal is to develop a personal âsense of style and develop a shopping system in which:
Every piece of clothing will be my favorite (aka no âmeh...â);
Every piece of clothing will be of high quality and will last longer than a year;
Every piece of clothing will match any other piece of clothing in my closet;
I will feel confident in what I wear and how I look;
I will know exactly what to look for at a certain store.

This journal was created as a means to challenge myself and develop a strong personal dressing system with the help of numerous guides. I will be documenting my step-by-step journey in the forms of outfit challenges, purposeful shopping sprees, and of course, suggestions from the sources.
