1) Seeing the photos and videos of Tom Hiddleston at Ace Comic Con and hearing about peopleās experiences meeting him. Those curls are flowing. And apparently on top of being a total sweetheart, he smells wonderful too?? I would love to meet him someday, but damn, between the height, and the eyes, and the voice, and the nice smell, Iām not sure Iād survive the encounter.
2) Learning about more opportunities to get research experience that are actually in my home state. One step closer to a career in marine biology!
3) The weather finally feeling like fall! I donāt think people in colder climates can fully understand the bliss of the first cold front arriving after months of heat and humidity.
4) Realizing how much Iāve grown this past year. Iāve gotten better at keeping my internal dialogue positive instead of being critical and mean to myself.
5) Iām still not over the NOAA research cruise I got to participate in last month. I met so many kind people and I learned so much. It was a major confidence booster. Also, I kinda wish I could live on the ocean now, lol. Life at sea is pretty amazing once you adjust to it.
