Day 1
Yesterday was the first day of Hanukkah. We made dreidals and played the dreidal game. Later that night we sat around our (homemade) menorah and lit the first candle. Then, we exchanged gifts to each other.

Backstory
Hi, we're two girls who like to celebrate holidays. For 8 days, we will be celebrating the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. Hanukkah started on December 8th, 2012 and will continue until December 16th. We decided that we should try celebrating holidays unlike the ones we're used to so week of Hanukkah starts now.
