dreamed i was walking somewhere and chose to follow along with a mother (in her 50s i think?) and her son (who was the spitting image of gladion pokemon) and after passing a massive wetland we ended up at a farm of sorts. there were two sisters who lived there too, pretending to be statues to try and scare me. they seemed a nice family. they offered to let me stay though i expressed not wanting to impose upon them. nothing special happened, but it was odd.
dream details are muddy, but i remember a few things. a train derailment, a fuel spill, a fire. sei'ga was overstimulated, but trying to help. there seemed to be a lot of people coming down with a mysterious illness, the symptoms of which pointed to radiation poisoning.
tonights dream, i was staying at a hotel with my partner. as we were trying to check out i realized id forgotten something in my room, and we missed our leaving bus. there were no others until tomorrow. while planning to stay another night we ended up in a hostage situation. someone had been collecting a lot of other people from the hotel into one room to hunt us, or something of the sort. it was a friday. i had to make a pilk. i even tried in the dream, thats how determined i was. someone did manage to get me out but i refused to leave everyone there, so i challenged our kidnapper. my partner slipped me my dressmaking scissors and i stabbed the kidnapper through the back but they didnt die. i can recall putting my hands around their neck and strangling them.
after all of that, which there are far more details that i do not recall, everyone who had been kept there by this kidnapper shared a massive room with us. we ended up partying until very late, though i was trying to work on something before i went to bed... i recall telling the girl next to me, "i hope the neighbours arent pissed at us [for making so much noise]" and she said "we just got outta a hostage situation, i think we can party as hard as we want." she was very right.

ok that dream was just PEAK. with added crabs and a nice forested river to start.. but still PEAK.
a second dream, being lost in an urban sprawl, unable to find the right bus to get on, and finding my way to a very odd place in a thunderstorm. there was a stone coffin, and a lightning rod atop it... i held the lightning rod so it struck the coffin three times. i dont remember if it hurt. but i woke up afterwards.
dreams about broken elevators.. juddering dangerous things. . at least three friends died in them/because of them in that dream, and i was only alive because i stood in the right place when one of their wires snapped...
