Finally was able to get my new inhaler. My old one was expired and was not helping me breathe at all. Woke up at 6 am to go to the gym on Wednesday before work. Ran 3 miles on the treadmill starting at a 11:06 pace and gradually increasing the speed every 3 minutes to 9:31 pace. Hooray for negative splits! Also did a couple planks for good measure before showering at the gym (eww, forgot how gross public showers are) and heading straight to work.
Today I slept in until normal time because I was up late last night. Went to work with the urge to hit the gym after. But, when my 8 hour day turned into a 10 hour day (freaking chemistry), I decided just to chill. Until I got in the car and realized that work stressed me out and I needed to burn off some negative energy. So I went to the gym.
It. Was. A. Madhouse. So many people! I ran 3 miles on the treadmill starting at 10:30 pace and ending at 9:31. This time I increased speed every time a different song came on my iPod. Ended up being right around 30 minutes.
