The Dread captain and her familiar...wellllll she doesn't have one, and nor does she want one- she doesn't want the responsibility of looking after something (looking after a crew is hard enough, thanks!!). Onsite- her familiar is one of the NOTN capes, and I treat that as literally a cape. There are several benefits to having a cape as a pirate: 1) a waterproof cape will help keep your wings dry so you can fly when needed, and 2) it will make you look so great when you're posing dramatically on cliffs

Frog and Dreadclaw?
I can’t get them on the same line and it KILLS the me
Ok well. Of course this would only be in an AU where Frog is not with Xiaodan. But in that scenario and she came across the dread pirate captain (who is not a part of the clan, so them meeting in the first place is the first hurdle to get over lol) then yeah I could definitely see them both being attracted to each other and having a one night stand (or three). Frog is very loyal and steady and captain Dreadclaw...is very very not. So they’d never be able to have any semblance of a steady relationship. Dreadclaw really isn’t one for relationships lol she has major committment issues.
