I picked your second prompt from your list. Although they were all seriously super good ones and I would have been happy to do any of them. Also a summary of my thoughts of what I think and did for this prompt.
Junpei and Akane in their individual broken hearts. Clover goes after Junpei and decides to stay with him. Junpei is unable to find Akane and moves on. The two of them get closer and eventually create a relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend!
It is an interesting deviation from the norm. I am sure a lot of people might potentially ship Junpei x Clover initially, but for obvious reasons it's not one that would not canonically pan out. Also because of this there is virtually non-existent fanart of this ship... I actually think they are quite cute together. Anyways, I hope you enjoy your gift!
