Dragons have always been creatures that both fascinated and scared Kyouhei. The strength of the dragon Pokemon that he had seen only in movies and on tv is amazing. They are strong, possibly stronger than any other type of Pokemon that there was. Dragons commanded the elements and weren't weak to many types. They were extremely strong. 

But Kyouhei had never seen a dragon type Pokemon before. None of the routes nor the Complex were the habitats of dragons. And it made him a bit upset. He wanted to look at a dragon Pokemon without the threat of being attacked. He wanted to see the majestic form of a dragon flying around in the air. But he couldn't one without traveling out to the other side of Unova. 

Walking down to a quiet part of the Complex, Kyouhei stopped suddenly as he saw someone standing in the opening. Narrowing his eyes, Kyouhei noticed that the person was a male, wearing a long cape. He had spiked red hair and was also wearing a bodysuit of some kind. But that wasn't what fully caught his attention.
