Hey guys, I know that there are lots of giving sorts here on tumblr, so I have a favor I'd like to ask of you. A friend has recently received some very harsh news - during her last semester of school for Social Work, in the middle of an internship, funding for her program was canceled.
Without paying all the necessary fees, Brittany won't be able to finish her classes or receive her diploma - meaning that she won't be able to finish her internship for the necessary credit and won't be eligible to finish her degree program.
Brittany does have a job working with developmentally disabled adults, but with a young son it isn't enough to pay off these fees in time. She's worked so very hard on achieving her dreams, dedicating 5 years of her life to schoolwork while balancing work and family, only to get so close and be denied.
