I did @chipper-smol 's dragon wheel! I took a few creative liberties to make the prompt work xD But nonetheless have a moose wyvern!
While the stocky body prevents the Wymoose from flying great distances, the thick muscle and powerful build allow them to tank blows from predators and each other. They go into brutal combat during rut season, where males develop spikes along the mace tail, which they use to bludgeon their opponents in a vy for the attention of females. Female Wymoose don't develop spikes, but maintain the club tail for self defense and protection of their young. Keeping hatchlings safe from harm is a matter of grave importance among mated pairs and their flight. Males that win a rut and take control of flights assume the responsibility of caring for existing wyrmlings while fathering more of their own. Ousted males will shed their antlers and mace spikes earlier than successful males, with all members of the species regrowing them the following year.
