#dragon knuckles

@monkeyqueen2012 gave me the drawing requests for dragon Knuckles and vampire Shadow and I had a lot of fun with it!

For centuries, the stories of a small island, hidden away from the rest of the world, on it? In a large cavern laid treasure. The exact amount? No one knows. The contents many hunted for, even for the simple gold or jewels at all. Artifacts of great, mystical power are rumored to be in there. Many have tried to find this cavern of treasure, many don't even know where to start looking, let alone find it... but those that do aren't considered lucky by any means.

As the hoard of treasures are guarded by a fearsome dragon.

There used to be more, never the same one but there has always been at least ONE dragon guarding the treasure. No matter how many have been slayed, theres always been a guard to the treasure.

And even now, there's still one. Alone. He had parents, he had a whole flock of dragons but he only knew of his parents. Their kind had been hunted viciously, but their line had fought viciously to keep their treasures protected. A common misconception mortals had was that dragons were thieves. Greedy creatures that want nothing more than to keep their stolen goods away from anyone. But this is false. His family line had spent centuries, keeping treasures and powerful items out of the hands of others. Not for themselves to use, to keep others safe. And any treasure they're seen stealing, they are simply retrieving it from thieves.

But it's not like anyone would care to know this... all they know of these legends, is that at least one dragon, guards a mighty hoard of treasures.

And all the lone dragon knows is that he needs to protect it, needs to keep thieves and mortals away.

Finally had inspiration strike me and wanted to do Dragon Knuckles from my monster Au... at least in his more Mobian-esque form. (He's got two)
